A criminal investigation is being carried out into the death of Jahan King
A criminal investigation is being carried out into the unnatural death of six-year old Jahan King.
Acting Commissioner of Police Tyrone Griffith, confirmed that the former student of the Lawrence T Gay Memorial School died as a result of chest trauma.
Griffith revealed that the autopsy report was now in the hands of police and they were continuing investigations into his death.
King died on June 29 after being taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
His death sent shockwaves around the country and even led to the Child Care Board issuing a statement acknowledgeding that they had received reports of injuries to the child, and were in the process of conducting investigations at the time of his death.
