The Principal Crown Counsel in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Alliston Seale, could be returning to the Bench very soon.
However, Barbados TODAY understands that his upcoming stint in the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court is likely to only be a temporary substitution for Magistrate Ian Weekes, who is due for holiday shortly.
Seale, who spent several months as an acting Magistrate in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, returned to his substantive post as Principal Crown Counsel at the end of last month.
