Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 73-year-old Lionel McDonald Gadsby of Workmans, St George. He was last seen on Thursday December, 23 around 6 a.m.
Gadsby is about 5’ 6” in height, slim build, dark in complexion; has short grey hair, grey moustache and beard. His upper front teeth are missing.
Police say the elderly man who “may have been wearing a grey t-shirt and dark coloured 3/4 pants” suffers with dementia and is in the habit of walking around the areas of Drax Hall and St Judes, St George.
“A man fitting his description was seen on Foster Lodge Road, St George walking in the direction of Charles Rowe Bridge on Friday December 24, around 9 a.m.”
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Lionel Gadsby is asked to contact the District ‘B’ Police Station at 430 7264 or 437 4311, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1 800 TIPS (8477), or any police station.
