Two of the three men, who were involved in a high speed chase with police, immediately following the April 16 shooting death of 39-year-old David Miller, have appeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ court.
Miller of Vaughan Land #1, St Joseph, was gunned down yards away from his home.
Today 22-year-old Antonio Joseph, of no fixed place of abode, and Lordon Charles, 27, of Powder Road, Station Hill, St Michael appeared before Magistrate, Wanda Blair charged in connection with the killing.

Both were remanded until May 22.
Joseph and Charles were also charged with use of a firearm, possession of two firearms — a 40 calibre gun and a nine millimetre gun — along with 16 rounds of ammunition.
Charles, who was the driver of the get-away car, was also charged with a number of traffic offences, while Joseph was charged with possession of marijuana, trafficking and intent to supply.
Meanwhile, Romario Oneal Boxill, 19, of no fixed place of abode, was charged on April 23 and will also reappear at the District F Court, St Joseph, on May 22.

The trio were captured by police after the car in which they were travelling overturned following the high speed chase with lawmen. Joseph and Charles sustained injuries and were warded at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following the incident.
Reports indicate that Charles was discharged from the QEH on Wednesday, April 29 and Joseph on Thursday, April 30.
