When police executed a search warrant at Corey Omar Reid’s Pool Land, St John residence, they found a wrapping with marijuana on his bed and another one in a pants pocket, along with some cannabis seeds.
In the District ‘C’ Magistrates’ Court today, Reid pleaded guilty to the offence of possession.
He had told police “it is just little weed I got”.
Magistrate Christopher Birch remanded Reid, who has already performed community service for similar offences, until Monday when he will return for sentencing.
Meanwhile, another man who recently completed 160 hours of community service returned to court today. Yannik Junior Daniel, 24, of Rock Hall, St Philip, had admitted to the same court on an earlier occasion that he had a small amount of marijuana.
He was reprimanded and discharged today, with a warning not to come back before the court.
