The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) today, Tuesday, April 12 wishes to advise customers that the remedial work on the replacement beams at the Belle Pumping station is ongoing.
As a result, the station’s next shutdown is projected to start this afternoon and take approximately five hours. This will allow our team to enter the well to perform other vital tasks.
Customers are therefore reminded to carefully conserve their use of water during the remainder of this evening and tomorrow.
The Authority’s tanker service will continue to assist residents in the affected districts until work is complete.
We will continue to update you as work progresses. The BWA sincerely thanks its customers for their understanding and continued patience. (BWA)
