The Barbados Water Authority says pumping has resumed at the Hampton Station supplying residents of St Philip and Christ Church.
It may take some time for normal supply to be restored to all affected districts.
Therefore, the Authority’s tankers will continue to assist residents of any areas still suffering outages as a temporary measure.
The Barbados Water Authority apologises for the inconvenience caused.
