The Barbados Fire Service (BFS) advises members of the public experiencing difficulty calling 311 from a FLOW number, to call 421-8666 to report any emergencies.
Digicel customers may continue to use 311 or any of the other listed numbers to contact the BFS.
The Barbados Fire Service regrets any inconvenience caused, and assures members of the public that the matter is being rectified.
