Chadwin Romario Lowe, 26, of White Hill, St. Andrew, who was the subject of a wanted person bulletin issued last Thursday is in custody.
According to police, last Friday Lowe presented himself to police at the District F/Belleplaine Police Station, Eric Holder Municipal Complex, Tamarind Hall, Blackmans, St. Joseph, accompanied by an attorney-at-law.
He is currently assisting police with their investigations into criminal matters.
