Demetrico Ricardo Layne, of Grahams Alley, Nelson Street, St Michael has been remanded to Dodds in connection with the deaths of two women.
Layne, 29, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes this afternoon charged that he on July 27, 2020 murdered Olivia Cecelia Carter. He is further alleged to have murdered Odith Nicole Henriques on August 2, 2021.
The accused was not required to plead to the two indictable charges before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
Layne will make his next court appearance on September 14.
