Kelvin Omar Browne has been remanded to HMP Dodds after appearing before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court today.
Browne, 41, of Ashdeane Village, Black Rock, St Michael is charged with the July 14 murder of Kedar Holloway at Ashdeane Village.
He will reappear in court on August 19.
