Police say that Lance Ricardo Ramsay, 35, of #4 Sharon, St. Thomas, who was reported missing on Monday, December 23, 2019, by his aunt Ida Jemmott has been found. He was located by police personnel yesterday in the area of the Princess Alice Bus Terminal and is safe.
