Police report that the two children injured in an accident along Union Road, St Philip last evening are in stable condition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The children, a nine-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy were walking southward along Union Road when they encountered some big dogs at a house. The children reportedly dashed across the road and were struck by a freezer truck.
Lawmen are asking anyone that can assist investigations to contact Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477, District 'C' Police Station at 418-8200 or the nearest police station.
